I've got a funny issue with a brand new HPE D元80 G10+ It's ridiculously slow. I've looked through the usual things available in the Task Manager / Performance and there's nothing jumping out at me. I was never able to get my money back and the courses I bought are garbage. My guess is these guys try to confuse students into thinking they're the other school then pull this no refund crap on them. There is another icollege in South Africa, and it seems pretty big. This might explain the super slow and buggy playback on the courses. I did a little research and figured out they're based in South Africa. No number to call and they just ignored my emails after that. I told them I wrote to them two days after the purchase, and they said yes we received that, but now it's 16 days after your purchase date so we're keeping the money. They claimed they could not refund my money because i was outside the 10 days. It took them a week and a half to get back to me, after my fourth attempt to reach them. So I ask for a refund well within their 10 day refund policy. The video player was super buggy and difficult to even keep one video running the whole way through. Long story short I bought a bundle of CompTIA courses on their site.
